  • How to get support for urgent matters?
    • Each member is assigned a dedicated agent (Fast Corp members) or a secretarial assistant (Fast Office and Fast Tax members) when you first subscribe. You will be given their direct number for emergency matters. You may call them anytime 24/7. Leave a message if the agent is not immediately available.
    • For less urgent matters, you are advised to check out our support system, FAQs, or go to your membership dashboard to check out any update.
  • What are the hours for support?
    • Our normal business hour is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (New York Time.) This time zone corresponds to GMT/London Time 1pm to 9pm; or 8pm to 5am Singapore Time.
    • Our online supports (email, support ticket, inquiry form) is 24/7. We process your inquiry within 24 hours from the time you submit the inquiry.
