  • What is your refund policy?
    You are backed by our Hassle Free Satisfaction Guarantee. If your company is set up and you decide to cancel, we offer you 100% refund on the remaining portion of the subscription. If your company is not yet set up, you will be issue 100% refund. Please allow 4 up to 30 days to process your request.

  • What are the payment options?
    You can pay with all credit cards or with PayPal. Please note that for customers paying with PayPal, you PayPal account must be verified. If you pay directly with your credit cards with PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account, verified or not.

  • How to get my refund? How does it work?
    • All refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to complete the process.

  • I am keeping my US company but I want to cancel my subscription. What will happen to my company?
    • We are sorry to see to go. But as per our service commitment, we will try our best to help you through the transition.
    • We will transfer all corporate documents to your new registered agents/legal document receiving agent. All you have to do is to provide us the information of the new registered agent, and a new business address.
    • You will have up to 60 days to have your business address and phone number transferred away from us. There is no additional charge for this service. We will serve you till the end and maintain the highest level of quality and commitment.
    • Please note that if there is tax payable owed to the IRS, you are advised to fulfill the obligation by making all the necessary payments. You want to maintain a good standing with the US government for future ventures and maneuverings.

  • I don’t need my US company any more. What happens after I cancel my subscription?
    • Generally we will initiate the dissolution process for your company. We handle all the document and filing requirements. You do not have to do anything in your part.
    • Please note that if there is tax payable owed to the IRS, you are advised to fulfill the obligation by making all the necessary payments. You want to maintain a good standing with the US government for future ventures and maneuverings.

  • Why members cancel subscription? What is company dissolution?
    • Generally members cancel their subscriptions because they want to dissolve their companies and cease operations in the US. Or sometimes they want to start a new subscription for a new company. This practice is very common for startups. Our subscription is based on company. So if you want to start a new one, you will cancel the original subscription (and dissolve the company) and get a new subscription and company.
    • We include company dissolution for all membership level subscriptions at no extra charge.

  • I want to cancel my subscription. What do I do?

    Cancellation can be made anytime you wish. Simply send us an email or open a support ticket, we will get in touch with you and guide you through the whole process. We would hate to see you go but rest assured that we will want you to come back too. So we will try our best to cater your need and make the process as easy and smooth as possible for you.

  • I’ve made the payment with my credit card but I haven’t receive any confirmation email. What’s going on?
    • Please allow up to 24 hours to receive an update to your payment status.
    • This does not affect processing of your order. As long as we have receive your subscription order, our fulfillment department will handle it right away. We handle billing and fulfillment and services completely separately.

  • I missed the company details form when I placed the order. What should I do?
    You have nothing to worry. We will contact you directly for any missing information.
