  • What is your refund policy?
    You are backed by our Hassle Free Satisfaction Guarantee. If your company is set up and you decide to cancel, we offer you 100% refund on the remaining portion of the subscription. If your company is not yet set up, you will be issue 100% refund. Please allow up to 30 days to process your request.

  • What are the payment options?
    You can pay with all credit cards or with PayPal. Please note that for customers paying with PayPal, you PayPal account must be verified. If you pay directly with your credit cards with PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account, verified or not.

  • How to track my orders?
    • For new company formation and incorporation, you will receive constant email updates on the progress of your company formation. You may also log-on to your administration dashboard (customer backend) area to view the updates.
    • Your orders are processed the same day. So please be advised that you may receive multiple email confirmations in the first few days.
