  • How do I receive my mails?
    All mails are scanned and emailed to you. If physical mail requires your attention, you may also request monthly shipping of all mails. (Shipping costs extra)

  • How are my mails handled?
    With our US business address service, all mails are received and handled with care and in a speedy manner. All mails are opened, sorted, and filed in our local document storage facilities. All junk or spam mails are sorted and disposed of directly. All legitimate mails are scanned and emailed to you. You may also view your mails online. If physical mail requires your attention, you may also request monthly shipping of all mails. (Shipping costs extra)

  • What is video notary or remote notary?
    • A remote notary is a legally commissioned notary public who is authorized to conduct notarizations over the internet via digital tools and a live audio video call.
    • Video notary is a unique service our members use to facilitate bank account applications. Free video notary service is provided for bank account application. (Bank account application is still subject to bank’s approval.)

  • What is notary and When do I need it?
    • Documents are notarized to deter fraud and to ensure proper execution.
    • You may need a notary to certify that the signatures on documents such as deeds, transfers of sale, mortgages, and other contracts are legitimate and, therefore, legally binding.
    • Notary is also needed to verify business documents or your identity in order to facilitate certain applications such as bank account application or government affairs.

  • Can you provide invitation letter for US VISA Application?
    We provide invitation letter for your US VISA application to meet your travel needs. (Your VISA application is subjected to government approval.)

  • Is it really unlimited?
    We strive to accommodate our members as much as possible. Under normal circumstances, most of our members have around 5 to 10 inquiries monthly. During time of high demand, we may prioritize inquires according to importance, urgency, and workload from the member. (If you have high demand for inquiry service, you may want to upgrade your service to part-time secretarial service that is billed at an hourly rate.   • What is the turnaround time for my inquiry?
    For simple tasks, it is usually handled the same business day. If it is determined to be relatively complicated, we will notify you the time that may be required. In any case, you will receive a confirmation email the same day.

  • How do I submit inquiries?
    You may submit inquiries through email or support ticket system. For urgent matters, you may call us directly. To ensure optimal quality of service, please use email or support ticket system.

    • Can I have the phone forwarded to other numbers?
      • You may forward it to any US number. Meanwhile, we are not able to forward it to an overseas number. (You may use the work-around of having it forwarded to a virtual number that is accessible by an Android phone apps. We can provide assistance in helping you set it up.   • Can I get one that can receive SMS for 2FA?

    A dedicated US business number is provided for you.

  • How are mails handled?
    We scan and email all mails to you and you will never miss any important mails.

  • What can I do with my business address?
    • You can use it to conduct all sort of business activities and operations such as:
      • Account registrations like Amazon or eBay, payment accounts such as PayPal and Stripe.
      • Apply for US bank account. (Travel may not be required with our banking partners. Please contact us for details.)
    • Coordinate with US vendors and suppliers.
