- All calls will be forwarded to our reception/call center. Calls will be received by our professional reception staffs. Messages will be taken and transcript emailed to you in real time. You will never miss any important calls. In addition, we screen all spam calls before we notify you. So you will never be overwhelmed by unwanted calls.
- Can I have the phone forwarded to other numbers?
- You may forward it to any US number. Meanwhile, we are not able to forward it to an overseas number. (You may use the work-around of having it forwarded to a virtual number that is accessible by an Android phone apps. We can provide assistance in helping you set it up. Please contact us for details.)
