- If you intend to use the US company to hold one or just a few properties, Fast Office with LLC structure will be best for you. Please note that LLC are only for foreigners intend to use as a property holding vehicle. For business operations, LLC are not recommended. We provide LLC formation only for real estate investors. All other investors should apply for Fast Office with C Corp.
- If you want to engage in large scale property investment or even property development, Fast Office with C Corp will work quite well for you.
- At the end of the first fiscal year when time of tax filings comes, you are advised to upgrade your membership to Fast Tax to cover annual tax filing and compliance.
